2) The Landlord may require a credit check and/or an employer letter prior to the signing of the lease, to the Landlord's satisfaction.
3) The dwelling is strictly non-smoking, including cannabis and electronic cigarettes (vaping). The cultivation, production, distribution, or purchase of cannabis or any illegal substance is strictly prohibited.
4) Any short-term sublease, including but not limited to platforms such as Airbnb, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of the lease.
5) The Tenant is responsible for all costs related to lost keys.
6) The condo will be clean on the move-in date and must be returned in the same condition at the end of the lease. This includes all items included in the condo, as well as the condition of the floors and walls. Except for normal wear and tear, any damage must be repaired at the Tenant's expense prior to departure.
7) The Tenant must sign a copy of the building rules and regulations prior to signing the lease.
