2) The landlord may require a credit check and/or a letter from the employer prior to signing the lease, to their satisfaction.

3) The unit is strictly non-smoking, including cannabis and electronic cigarettes. The cultivation, production, distribution, or purchase of cannabis or any illegal substance is strictly prohibited.

4) Any short-term subletting, including but not limited to platforms such as Airbnb, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of the lease.

5) The tenant is responsible for all costs related to lost keys.

6) The condo will be clean on the move-in date and must be returned in the same condition at the end of the lease.
